From last week:
"I'm now down to the following want list to complete the collection:
Uncanny X-Men #'s 1, 3, 4 & 6
Annuals 2
#1 and
Giant Size #2
Amazing Adventures #11"
Just picked up a nice Annual 1.
Bob's upgraded his website and added a bidding option. It's pretty slick, check it out.
This time in a six issue mini series under the Marvel Knights imprint. With Garth Ennis writing and Clayton Crain painting it may be worth reading.....maybe. Go to Newsarama for the details.
The Heritage website has had a major makeover. I like it better then the old site. Now all they need to do to get my business is stop allowing their own employees to bid on their auctions.
Picasa is a free program that can help you get all those comic cover scans in order. Not to mention every other picture on your computer.

I enjoy all of these titles most of the time, but I highly recommend the italicized and underlined titles.
Or at least I feel that way. It's day three for me with the cold (flu?) from hell. Today is the first day I missed work, but I probably should have called in sick Wed. and Thursday as well......
You owe it to yourself to read Rich Johnston's weekly (every Monday) column Lying In The Gutters over at Comic Book Resources. This week is especially good if you like boobies.
I decided I couldn't have a "complete" X-Men run (including all significant Silver Age appearances outside of their own title) without having all of the annuals as well as GS #2. On the other hand I don't feel the need to have any of the reprint issues (#67-93) although I do have a few.
Last week I went on an ebay buying spree and the books are starting to come in this week. I'm now down to the following want list to complete the collection:
Uncanny X-Men #'s 1, 3, 4 & 6
Annuals #1 and 2
Giant Size #2
Amazing Adventures #11
Eight books to go......
A Frazetta thread on the CGC boards made me think to post this. If you haven't already, you must buy this DVD. It's outstanding.
He's found a new home to use for spin and misinformation at StlComics.com.
I thought I'd give this blogging thing a shot. I don't want to be the only kid on the block without one.
This blog will focus mainly on my take of the hobby of comic book collecting. I'll do my best to post something every day, but don't hold your breath.
Also please keep in mind that this is a work in progress and will probably go through some changes early on.
