Brain, I have to admit that I am truly ashammed to have found out that you visit the JB Ass Kissing Society forum. I visited there once, on the premise that actually getting to or possibly interact with another comic icon could be interesting. Most of the "greats" in the field seem to be moderately nice folks. Some more or some less. But having never meet JB, and hearing stories for years that his attitude towards anyone that didn't actually write him a check, was less than professional, I have found that this is indeed an altruism. True, fanboys as a whole tend to lack social graces when it comes to meeting someone of JB's stature in the field of comics, however, this interaction should never involve the "star" treating his adoring public with such contempt. It's an old story with JB, spitting in the eye of the people that have purchased his product for years, and heaping praise on him. Too bad that his appearant egotistal mannerisms have also garnered him the wrath of some on the internet, and perhaps, with some insight on JB's part, maybe turn the ugly stigma which is attatched to him into a positive and new lease on a downward spiraling career. Later ! Phil
